The kat is held on with 4 screws, but they are not easy to reach being under the car and they are bitches to undo. If you want to stay within the legal limits, you can always buy a High Flow cat like this one:

oke op die begroting moet je nog wel het een en ander aanpassen want je bent er dan nog niet

die demper is universeel en je moet dus nog een stuk pijp hebben naar de midden pijp toe. plus dat er nog las en montage kosten bijkomen.

dat geld ook voor de bumpers de montage kosten komen er nog bij en spuiten is ook wel erg goedkoop..

verder heb je wel goed ideeen .

als je gebruik wil maken van de sponsorkorting dan zul je wel in het bezit moeten zijn van een mazdamx-3 clubpas, het is niet zo dat iedereen zomaar korting krijgt natuurlijk

Mikee, je zegt dat de luchtwaarden worden aangepast etc. Hoe zit dit dan met de kl31 en kl36 ecu. Zijn deze ranges al aangepast?

Every ECU is configured for the car to which it came from.
None of the ECUs are configured for open filters, cat replacers or other exhausts. My first ECU I bought from a small company in Malaysia, and they had taken the ranges to the max, as well as doing some other things like removing the rev limiter and the speed limiter, and thats how my car would rev up to more than 8000rpms.

Before that, the car was getting extra air (Green Twister with Ram air intake), extra fuel (FPR on 65psi) and the gas Velocity was also improved with a good exhaust but I was still not geting max power out of the engine.

Oke, dus het betekend dat de kl31 en 36 ecu's van de meeste Ze's nog op de standaard waarden staan?

yep, ze worden gewoon met standaard waarden geleverd voor een optimaal economisch verbruik en vermogen en niet voor het maximale.
