Hi!

The next days I'll give you the prices for camping and the barbecue.
I'm still talking with the owner of the camp site to get good conditions.

You'll pay in Diez when you are there on the meeting.
You'll pay cash down.

I got the prices for the camp site:

12 EUR / night for 1 car, 1 person and 1 tent
4 EUR / night for every else person

e.g.: 2 persons, 1 tent, 1 car = 16 EUR per night.

The next days I'll give you the prices for the barbecue.

Hi guys, there are news.

We want to organize the meat for the barbecue and I got the prices:
- Steak (250g): 2,00 EUR
- sausages: 1,00 EUR
- Steak (chicken): I didn't got a price yet, but I think 1,50 - 2,00 EUR

Please give me an information, how much meat you want for saturday evening. So we can buy the meat for the barbecue.

Hi guys,

I am sorry, but we had a small change: We do not buy the meat for the barbecue.
There are some german member who think the price is too high and so we decided, that everybody has to buy the food for the barbecue for himself.

Till tomorrow I know if we have a possibility of cooling food. So you also can bring salads and so on with you.

Kom jongens, ik had wel wat meer aanmeldingen verwacht!!
Elk jaar wordt er gezegd 'het is te ver weg' (Köthen :bier:

) en nu is het echt veel dichterbij!!! En nog steeds zo weinig aanmeldingen???? :cry:
