MX-3 Community Treffen 2009

Hi guys,

sorry for the delayed information, but now, we completed the organisation.


general
The meeting is at:
07.08.2009 - 09.08.2009
It will take place in Diez near Frankfurt/Main.


accomodation
We will sleep on a camp-site, so you have to bring a tent and sleeping bag etc. with you.


catering
We'll organize a barbecue on Saturday evening and breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.
Every other foods you have to bring with you.


charges
You'll pay a complete package consisting of:
- accomodation
- barbecue and grill meat
- breakfast
- if you sleep only one night, you also have to pay only for one night
- every other things you have to pay yourself


timetable
Friday, 07.08.2009:
from 12 o'clock: arrival on camp-site
till 6 pm: to get to know someone, workshops when interested, build-up the tents
6 pm: drive to McDonalds / Burger King

Saturday, 08.08.2009:
9 am: breakfast
10 am: drive to Nuerburgring
12-4 pm: free driving on Nuerburgring / watching / photography
4-5 pm: drive back to camp-site
6 pm: group photo
from 7 pm: barbecue / party / music

Sunday, 09.08.2009:
9 am: breakfast
till 12 am: pack together

But what does the camping etc cost?

I can't give you exact prices about the costs yet.

First we have to check, how many people would come.
Maybe we could get a group-price for the camp-site.
Also the price for the barbecue is addicted to the number of people. But the barbecue would not be more expensive as when you buy the meat and the charcoal yourself.

Normal prices for the camp-site are (per night):
4,20 EUR / person
3,40 EUR / car
2,80 EUR / tent

But I think we get better prices for our group. But first I have to check how many people would come.

Sounds like fun to me. I'll most likely come, but I'm not 100% sure yet... so I'll wait with adding myself to the list. I've been looking out for this event!
Maybe a few rounds on the Nürburgring, but I'm not sure if I want to pay € 75 for that. We'll see ^^

Yes, Nuerburgring is a bit expensive, but with 75 EUR you can drive 4 rounds = 100 km.

I don't know how many cars drive there.
It is a day of "tourist driving".
