Hi guys,
tomorrow I'll go to Diez yet and will prepare the meeting.
I think, everything is clear. You'll arive on Friday/Saturday.
The meeting point is Camping Oranienstein:

If we do workshops they will take place at SR Automobile
(caution: BAD GATEWAY!)
But on Friday there is one member of the organisation team on the camp site every time. So please come to the camp site first.

Because we'll go to the Nuerburgring on Saturday.

So you can buy meat or sth. else for the bbq on SAturday evening.

We'll go back to Diez approx. 4 pm, so we are in Diez at 6 pm ... there will be the photo-loctation. And at 6 pm the light is great for photos.
Do you come with us to the camp-site on saturday evening?

So we decided to make an alternative tour with the guys, who don't want to drive on the ring.
Because of this, one group goes to the ring on saturday, the other group makes a tour through the mountains there and visits a "Nikolaus-Otto"-museum (inventor the the Otto-engine).
The two groups join each other in the evening at the photo-place.
So please don't wondering, that not all cars go to the ring.
Thesplit is only from Saturday 10am till Saturday 6 pm.

THat means you have to park outside but you can buil up you tent.
When you arrive before 1 pm or after 3 pm you can easily drive on the camp-site.
BE CAREFUL: THE GATEWAY TO THE CAMP SITE IS IN "BAD" CONDITIONS!!
DRIVE SLOWLY!!
I go there yesterday with my car, that was no problem (mine is very deep), but you have to be carefully.
When you arrive on the camp-site please go the the reception and say "I'll go to the MX-3-meeting". You don't have to pay anythin on the reception.
There are four users who will take you maony for the camp-site.
You'll see them, I'll be one of them.
You can also order some bap/biscuits for breakfast or for the bbq when you pay at us.
PS: There will be also a voting with prices for the best cars ... so wash you MX.
